Marasmodes Day

Marasmodes is a small genus in the Daisy family that consists of only 13 species. Marasmodes Day was declared by Ismail Ebrahim, Project Manager of CREW*, in the September 2009 issue of Veld & Flora to highlight the plight of many of our plant species that are rapidly becoming extinct due to human despoilment of the planet.
